Most Notion consultants come at workspaces as designers first. I come at them as someone who has run the team that has to live inside the workspace every day.

Over 15+ years leading pre-sales and solutions engineering teams — most recently building and running Lexington Soft's SE practice, and earlier at Perforce, Serus Corporation, Fujitsu, and Ericsson — I've felt the exact pain a bad workspace causes: deals tracked three different ways, onboarding that depends on one person's memory, knowledge that walks out the door when someone leaves.

That's the lens I bring to every build. Not "here's a template," but "here's how this actually needs to work for the people using it daily" — because I've been the person using it daily.

Outside of workspace builds, I mentor early-stage startups and invest as an angel, which keeps me close to how small teams actually build and sell before they have the luxury of process.
